Your responsibilities will include conducting oil changes, fluid checks, and various preventive maintenance tasks to uphold the highest standards of vehicle care. With a focus on customer satisfaction and safety, you will be responsible for efficiently performing lube services while adhering to manufacturer specifications and industry regulations. As part of our dynamic workforce, you will leverage your technical expertise to diagnose potential issues, provide recommendations to customers, and contribute to a positive work environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Perform oil changes and fluid replacements according to manufacturer specifications. Conduct routine maintenance checks and inspections on vehicles. Inspect and identify potential mechanical issues during lube services. Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions. Communicate effectively with customers regarding service recommendations and options. Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Proven experience as a lube technician or similar role in an automotive setting. Strong knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures. Ability to operate and maintain specialized automotive tools and equipment. Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Positive attitude and high energy with willingness to go above and beyond.
