Position Summary Auto Sport Detailing is hiring a dependable and motivated Introductory Detailer to join our team in Santa Rosa. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with a foundational knowledge of auto detailing who's ready to grow in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality services that meet our standards and exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities Perform entry-level detailing services including vehicle washing, vacuuming, wipe downs, and interior cleaning Follow ASD's detailing standards and complete assigned jobs efficiently and correctly the first time Maintain clean and organized work areas, including shop floors, bays, and equipment Communicate clearly with team members and service writers regarding job status and needs Track time and services accurately to ensure vehicles are completed on schedule Assist other team members as needed and contribute to a team-first shop culture Learn and adhere to ASD's systems, expectations, and quality benchmarks Position Requirements Basic knowledge of vehicle detailing processes, tools, and products Ability to complete jobs on time without the need for corrections Strong communication skills and attention to detail Consistent timeliness and reliable work attendance Willingness to maintain a clean workspace and follow safety protocols Must work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Commitment to learning ASD's full operation and expectations

Compensation and Benefits Base Pay:
