In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain electric vehicle systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Your expertise will help drive innovation in the automotive industry while providing exceptional service to our valued customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop specialized skills in EV technology within a fast-paced, energetic environment committed to excellence and continuous learning. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics on electric vehicle electrical systems using advanced automotive diagnostic tools and schematics. Repair and maintain high-voltage battery packs, powertrain components, and vehicle electrical wiring diagrams interpretation. Conduct vehicle system inspections including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), alignment, suspension systems, and transmission repairs. Utilize hand tools and power tools to execute mechanical repairs such as vehicle suspension system repair, transmission system repair, and general vehicle maintenance. Interpret automotive wiring diagrams accurately to troubleshoot electrical issues across various vehicle systems. Test and calibrate ADAS features like collision avoidance, lane departure, and parking assist systems to ensure proper functionality. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Skills Proven dealership experience with a solid understanding of automotive diagnostics and repair procedures. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance, suspension system repair, and powertrain work. Proficiency in reading automotive schematics, wiring diagrams, and understanding automotive electrical systems. Familiarity with automotive diagnostic tools and software used for troubleshooting complex electrical issues. Experience working with Kia vehicles or similar brands is a plus. Ability to interpret automotive wiring diagrams accurately and perform repairs accordingly. Excellent customer service skills combined with technical proficiency in vehicle systems diagnostics and repair.
