Role:

BNC Autocare in Santa Rosa, CA is looking for a skilled and motivated Lead Mechanic to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced automotive professional ready to take the wheel, lead a crew, and deliver top-notch vehicle repairs and service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide variety of vehicle makes and models Lead and mentor shop technicians, ensuring quality workmanship and efficiency Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and communicate findings to service advisors and customers Oversee and prioritize repair orders to maintain smooth shop workflow Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, brake, suspension, electrical, and HVAC systems Ensure compliance with safety standards and shop procedures Assist with parts ordering and inventory management as needed

Requirements:

8+ years of professional automotive repair and diagnostic experience ASE Certification(s) preferred or equivalent hands-on expertise Proven experience in a lead or senior technician role Proficiency with diagnostic scan tools and shop management software Strong knowledge of domestic and foreign vehicle systems Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
