Roadside Assistance Technician - Hawknest Towing & Recovery Job Overview Join our team as a Roadside Assistance Technician , where you'll be the first responder helping stranded drivers get back on the road safely and quickly. This hands-on role is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping people during stressful situations. As a key part of our roadside support team, you'll provide essential services such as jump-starts, battery installations, lockouts, tire changes, and fuel delivery , all while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls and assess vehicle issues on-site Perform services including lockouts, tire changes, jump-starts, fuel deliveries, and battery installations Safely use hand tools and power tools to complete jobs Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers, providing updates and ETAs Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and time on each call Follow all safety procedures, especially during roadside and highway service calls Qualifications Experience using hand tools and basic mechanical skills preferred Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Physically able to lift equipment such as floor jacks, wheels, and tires Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Why Join Hawknest Towing & Recovery?
