Job Description
Sullivan's Auto Service is growing and looking for an experienced Automotive Technician who takes pride in quality work, accurate diagnostics, and doing the job right the first time. We're not looking for someone who just changes parts. We're looking for a professional technician who can diagnose problems, follow proven processes, and contribute to a high-performing team. If you're tired of working in a shop with poor leadership, weak processes, inconsistent workflow, unrealistic expectations, or working weekends, we'd like to talk with you. What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to perform repairs efficiently and accurately
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Dependable and accountable
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- ASE certifications are a plus
