W2 Contract About the Role We are seeking experienced Vehicle Technicians to support the maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and fleet readiness of advanced vehicle platforms. This is a hands-on role for individuals who enjoy troubleshooting complex issues, working with vehicle systems, and collaborating with engineering and operations teams in a fast-paced environment. As a Vehicle Technician, you will perform diagnostics, repairs, inspections, and fleet reworks while helping maintain the highest standards of vehicle safety and performance. Responsibilities Perform vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems Conduct vehicle inspections and fleet rework activities Support vehicle testing and readiness operations Document service work, repairs, and findings accurately Interpret wiring diagrams and technical documentation Work closely with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams Maintain tools, equipment, and parts inventory Support continuous improvement initiatives Follow all safety and operational procedures Required Qualifications Automotive technician experience involving diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of vehicle systems Experience using diagnostic equipment and repair tools Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Ability to pass a background check, MVR review, and drug screening Preferred Qualifications Dealership or OEM experience Automotive electrical diagnostic experience Experience with CAN systems, wiring diagrams, or soldering Automotive R D or engineering lab experience Technical trade school certification or automotive degree High-voltage battery experience or certification What We're Looking For Strong troubleshooting abilities High attention to detail Team-oriented mindset Adaptability and accountability Strong documentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality
