Automotive Mechanic - Job Description We are seeking a reliable and experienced Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment. Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks. Repair or replace engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, and other vehicle components. Conduct vehicle inspections and identify necessary repairs. Test-drive vehicles to verify repairs and ensure proper performance. Maintain accurate service records and communicate repair recommendations to customers or service advisors. Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as an automotive mechanic or technician. Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and repair procedures. Ability to use diagnostic equipment and hand tools effectively. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. ASE certification is preferred but not required. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
