We build some of the most elite vehicles for discriminating customers around the world. We have been in business for over 21 years and are quickly expanding despite the ever changing economic environment. Predator Motorsports is considered an essential business and while adhering to the CDC's Guidance pertaining to COVID-19, we have and will remain open. We are currently looking to add to our team of technicians who will perform all areas of maintenance and accessory installs on customer vehicles.

Job Duties:

Inspect engines, transmissions, etc. and run diagnostic tests to discover functionality issues Conduct repairs aiming for maximum reliability Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner Perform thorough maintenance on all vehicle systems Keep a clean work environment around customer vehicles Follow company policies Be on time Help with various projects

Skills:

Various tool usage (hand tools, power tools, air tools, etc.) Must be able to navigate manufacturer diagrams Following direction is a must Excellent problem-solving skills Communication is key Physical strength is required ( able to lift 50-75 LBS periodically) Able to stand, squat, kneel, walk periodically throughout a 10 Hour Shift.

Applicant Qualifications:

2 years of automotive technician experience or relevant experience Possess a valid Driver's License Any certifications or licensing is a plus but not required Able to work in Vista, CA •Due to the nature of our business, we have adopted a

Candidates will be required to pass a drug test prior to employment.•Please note that Full-Time benefits shall include, Medical (50% of Employee Cost paid by Employer),Dental, Vision and PTO. •Schedule will be Four 10 Hour Days per week (6:30 AM-5:00 PM) Monday through Thursday giving you a long 3 day weekend.
