Westminster, CA 92683 Position Overview We are seeking a Master Service Technician experienced with Lexus and Toyota vehicles to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your technical expertise, lead and motivate team members, and contribute to our reputation as a top customer satisfaction dealer. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot customer vehicle concerns using the latest technical tools and software. Perform vehicle maintenance, inspections, repairs, and warranty/non-warranty service accurately and efficiently. Maintain courteous and professional interactions with customers and team members. Stay current with technical publications and participate in manufacturer or in-house training programs. Ensure all work complies with safety and manufacturer standards, addressing all concerns listed on repair orders. Complete required paperwork accurately and submit all shop forms as needed. Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications Experience performing inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Lexus and Toyota vehicles. Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals consistently. Strong communication skills with a professional attitude and appearance. Excellent customer service skills and friendly demeanor. Ability to read and understand technical repair manuals and guides. Good judgment and problem-solving abilities. Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record. Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical or trade school degree preferred. ASE certification or progress toward certification is beneficial.
