Job Description
Join a busy, established, and highly respected independent Volvo shop in Boulder! We're looking for an experienced, upbeat, and motivated Automotive Technician/Mechanic to join our team. We've been proudly serving Boulder and the surrounding community since 1974 and have built our reputation on outstanding workmanship, honest service, and taking great care of our customers. We are a full-service repair facility specializing exclusively in Volvo . Our spacious shop is equipped with well-maintained equipment and professional diagnostic tools, including Volvo VIDA . We have a great crew, supportive management, and a loyal customer base. Business is strong — we currently have more work than we can handle and are booking more than two weeks out. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician looking for a busy shop with consistent work and a team-oriented environment. What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of experience working on Volvo or European vehicles Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills ASE certification preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills A positive, dependable, and productive attitude Someone who takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail A team player who will be a good fit with our shop culture Benefits & Perks Great flat-rate pay: $126,000/year is possible Overtime paid for hours over 40 in a week Weekly paychecks Provided lunch during our weekly team meeting Provided uniforms Medical, dental, vision, and 401k with company match Paid vacation Paid major holidays Ongoing technical training ASE testing and certification reimbursement Monday through Friday schedule, weekends off!
