THE OPPORTUNITY
We're hiring a Lead Technician for one of the best-run shops in the country. This isn't a step sideways, it's a step up. You'll hold the highest authority in the shop outside of the GM, lead a team that actually wants to win, and work in a clean, high-functioning environment where the work never stops. WHAT YOU'LL OWN
You drive shop productivity. That means dispatching with intention, clearing waiters within 10 minutes, getting drop-offs inspected within the hour, and making sure technicians have everything they need to produce at their highest level. You're also the culture carrier. You run daily production meetings, hold one-on-ones, maintain morale, and have the hard conversations when needed. You know what motivates your people, and you act on it. You also oversee the Apprenticeship Program and make sure cross-training across brands stays structured and consistent.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
7+ years of automotive technician experience Proven ability to lead people, not just fix cars High output, high quality, no exceptions Someone who models the values they expect from others Don't be a jerk, run your hours, and hold the standard. If that sounds like you, we want to hear from you.
COMPENSATION
: $50-60/hr flat rate + production bonus
Requirements:
The Technician must be physically capable of performing tasks that involve grasping, pushing, pulling, lifting (including items over 50 pounds), bending, and reaching overhead. Ability to stand for extended periods, typically up to 8 hours, is required. Must be able to maintain a fast-paced work rhythm for extended durations.
