Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a proven leader with successful sales and service experience to coordinate the interaction with our guests through the entire repair process, educating them regarding reasons and benefits of our recommendations, keeping them informed on the status of their vehicle and ensuring their satisfaction with services and repairs before they leave our facility. We use industry-leading digital software, photos, videos and GIF animations to help educate our guests on the reason for the recommended services and/or repairs. Our communication regarding recommended services is done through phone, text, email and face-to-face.Duties:
- Greet every guest with hospitality, empathy and respect.
- Present and explain the best solution to properly service and repair the guest's vehicle.
- Handle all guest interactions with honestly and integrity.
- Cultivate a positive attitude and team atmosphere.
- Represent the Christian Brothers Automotive mission
- "Love your neighbor as yourself".
- Direct and coordinate customer service activities.
- Ensure that all repairs are performed to proper specifications.
- Assist other team members as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Top performer in sales and customer service roles
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs. (Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required)
- Mechanical aptitude
- Lift up to 40 pounds.
- High school degree. (AA or undergraduate degree helpful)
- Read, write and speak English fluently.
- Effectively use computer systems (including a keyboard and mouse) to implement a variety of work processes.
- Driving record acceptable to our insurance provider.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$100,000.00- $125,000.
