- We are seeking a highly skilled A-Level Automotive Technician to join our expanding team.
This is a full-time, weekday position perfect for a seasoned diagnostic master who wants to actively push their skill level further and advance their career into future leadership and management roles as our company expands. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and computer drivability issues. Mentor and assist B and C-level technicians to foster team growth and shop efficiency. Conduct advanced multi-point vehicle inspections using our state-of-the-art shop technology. Execute high-level mechanical repairs on engine, transmission, steering, suspension, and HVAC systems. Maintain our standard of an exceptionally clean, organized, and safe workspace. Operate advanced shop equipment, heavy-duty hoists, and modern OEM-level diagnostic tools safely. Road-test vehicles to verify quality of work, ensure proper operation, and maintain high efficiency. Qualifications & Skills Proven years of professional automotive repair experience as a top-tier or Master Technician. Specialized experience working on Diesel and/or European platforms is a major asset. A strong, proven desire to continually grow your skill level and keep up with evolving vehicle technologies. Possession of a complete set of professional master-level tools required for complex daily tasks. Valid driver's license (a good driving record is a plus). Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Starting at $45.00/flag hour, with higher pay scale tied directly to your certifications and skill level. We offer increased, premium flag rates for technicians with documented mastery in Diesel or European vehicle diagnostics and repair.
