Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Setting up new accounts and accurately putting in information. Qualifying new accounts by learning the customer's size, type of trucks, operating schedule, primary maintenance concerns, etc. Receiving work requests from customers Generating work orders and accurately putting information into our CRM software. (Service Fusions) Informing customer of job progress and getting client approval for repairs and estimates Deepening customer relationships to expand the scope and breadth of the business relationship Selling customers all three services areas- Inspections, PM's and Repairs Contacting new customers after first service to gain an understanding of their experience.
Requirements:
Strong experience with service writing and working with service technicians. (Equipment repair, HVAC, plumbing, truck repair, or similar.) Strong proven skills and experience with job, shop, project, and order tracking software such as ShopView. Proven ability to sell work needed by customers and maintain excellent profitability on jobs. Some understanding of the diesel truck and equipment repair service business Superior customer service and communication skills including writing, grammar, active listening abilities and information retention Experience with setting schedules and dispatching technician. Enthusiastic customers service and selling skills Self-starter who takes ownership and responsibilities for following through on daily, weekly and monthly tasks Embraces the characteristic of continuous improvement.Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$65,000.00- $85,000.
