40-55 per week Introduction We are seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician with strong diagnostic and drivability skills in Englewood, CO. This role offers $35-$50 per flagged hour, a Monday-Friday schedule, extensive paid time off, and access to professional diagnostic equipment. The ideal technician is comfortable handling difficult electrical, drivability, and mechanical problems in a growing independent repair shop. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting Diagnose complex electrical, drivability, and mechanical concerns Complete repairs from initial diagnosis through final repair Handle heavy diagnostic work on a regular basis Maintain consistent productivity of approximately 40-55 flagged hours per week Document diagnostic findings and recommended repairs accurately Collaborate with technicians and the service team to support efficient workflow Mentor and share technical knowledge with other technicians when needed Qualifications 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience A-Level Automotive Technician experience Strong advanced automotive diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience diagnosing electrical and drivability concerns Demonstrated ability to complete quality repairs while maintaining productivity Ability to work independently on difficult diagnostic problems Independent repair shop experience strongly preferred Compensation & Benefits Flat-rate pay of $35-$50 per flagged hour, based on experience and diagnostic ability Pay reevaluated after the first 90 days based on performance, productivity, and demonstrated skill level Typical production of approximately 40-55 flagged hours per week PTO and paid holidays Approximately 2-3 weeks of shop closures throughout the year with paid time off Multiple Kaiser medical plan options Dental insurance, including implant coverage Vision insurance Tool allowance Paid training and continued education 401(k) planned for the future Why Work Here This growing independent repair facility emphasizes quality work, customer relationships, and technician support.
