Job Description

Description The Certified Subaru Technician is responsible for performing advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicle makes and models. This role ensures high-quality, efficient work while maintaining manufacturer standards and providing a great experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on customer and inventory vehicles Complete manufacturer-recommended services and warranty repairs according to factory specifications Accurately document repair findings, recommendations, and completed services in the dealership's repair order system Conduct multi-point inspections and communicate results to service advisors Maintain shop equipment and personal tool inventory in excellent working condition Stay current on manufacturer technical bulletins, recalls, and training requirements Ensure all work meets dealership, manufacturer, and safety guidelines Collaborate with the service advisor and parts departments to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of automotive technician experience (main line, flat rate, or dealership experience preferred) Current ASE certifications or factory certifications Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills with the ability to repair all vehicle systems Must own a complete set of automotive tools Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances Authorized to work in the United States
