Job Description
Scotty's Complete Car Care is growing and we're looking for an experienced Automotive Repair Technician with 5+ years of professional experience . This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who enjoys a wide variety of work and takes pride in solving problems that other shops can't. If your experience goes beyond basic maintenance and includes specialty truck, exhaust, fabrication, and accessory work, we want to talk with you. What You'll Do Perform a wide variety of automotive repair, diagnostic, fabrication, and installation work, including: Automotive diagnostics and repair Brake Controller Installation Catalytic converter replacement Custom Exhaust fabrication and welding Muffler and exhaust system installation Trailer hitch installation Trailer wiring installation Air bag suspension systems Gooseneck and 5th wheel hitch installation Running boards, truck accessories, and performance upgrades What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of professional automotive repair experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Experience with welding, fabrication, exhaust systems, or truck accessories is highly preferred Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Positive attitude, integrity, and strong work ethic Willingness to continue learning and expanding your skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Performance and commission bonus opportunities Paid vacation Health insurance Personal vehicle maintenance benefits Paid training and continued education Modern equipment and specialty tools Opportunities for advancement within a growing company If you're tired of doing the same repairs every day and want to work in a shop that handles everything from diagnostics and engine repair to custom fabrication, exhaust systems, truck accessories, and trailer equipment, we'd love to meet you.
