What Would You Do? As a Service Advisor , you'll be the bridge between our customers and our service department. You'll listen, communicate, and coordinate — ensuring every customer receives transparent, efficient, and trustworthy service. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and takes pride in delivering a top-tier customer experience. What You'll Do Greet customers with professionalism and care, building trust through honest communication. Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle information in repair orders. Clearly explain service recommendations, pricing, and time estimates. Coordinate repair work with technicians and parts departments to ensure on-time completion. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process — including delays or changes. Review work orders for accuracy before customer pick-up and process payments. Promote additional maintenance services based on inspection results and manufacturer guidelines (without high-pressure tactics). Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies. What You'll Bring 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor or Automotive Service Writer (dealership experience preferred). Strong communication and customer service skills — both in person and over the phone. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy service environment. Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair processes. Experience using dealership management systems. Bi-Lingual English and Spanish strongly preferred.
