Monday-Friday / 7:30 am - 3:30 pm About Us Bare Knuckle, LTD is a fleet maintenance shop specializing in shuttle buses, medium-duty trucks, on-site repairs (service calls), and heavy diesel work. We focus on dependable service and keeping our customers' vehicles safe, compliant, and on the road. Job Summary We're looking for an Entry-Level Fleet Maintenance Technician who's ready to learn and grow. This is a great role for someone with basic mechanical experience or schooling who wants hands-on training in diesel, fleet, and commercial vehicle repair. You'll be working alongside experienced techs, helping with day-to-day maintenance tasks while building your skills to grow into an intermediate/advanced position. Responsibilities Perform basic preventative maintenance on shuttle buses, E-series vans, and diesel trucks (oil changes, filters, fluid checks, tire rotations, etc.) Assist senior technicians with repairs on engines, brakes, drivetrains, hydraulics, and electrical systems Help with inspections and safety/compliance checks (DOT inspections with training) Document work performed and parts used in our work order system Keep the shop, tools, and work areas clean, safe, and organized Follow shop procedures, safety guidelines, and direction from lead technicians Qualifications Some mechanical experience or completion of an automotive/diesel tech program (school, trade, or vocational) Basic understanding of tools and vehicle systems (we'll train you on the rest) Willingness to learn, take direction, and ask questions Ability to show up on time, work reliably, and handle physical tasks Valid driver's license and a good driving record (Nice to have but not required: any experience working on cars, trucks, equipment, or your own projects.)
