The successful candidate will:

job history with no unexplained gaps Have at least 3 years in a general automotive repair, lube, or tire shop in any position Have a warm, charismatic, and friendly demeanor at all times while working Take great pleasure in serving people and treating them like our own family Have a NEED to be honest with everyone, all the time. Customers, teammates, and ownership….we don't mislead each other or anyone else, ever! Have references from their previous supervisors and give both parties permission to talk with each other A desire to find a permanent career….not just a temporary job. Enjoy working for excellent guests (customers), in a low stress, high performance environment Be able to work 5 days per week from 7AM - 6:
