Duties:

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues across all makes and models. Conduct vehicle inspections and provide recommendations for necessary repairs and required parts. Collaborate with service advisors to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of all services performed on vehicles. We provide you with the industry's best software to help you with this! Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques. Our ideal Technician has the following qualifications: Five years of proven experience as an automotive mechanic or service technician. History of being a steady, reliable technician. Our techs have been with us for decades and want to retire with us someday. If you prefer to bounce from job to job every year, this isn't the fit for you. ASE Certifications preferred. You'll be expected to get and maintain ASE certification while you work here. Strong knowledge across makes, models, and systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools. Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in a physically demanding environment.
