The ideal candidate will have hands-on automotive or aftermarket installation experience. However, experience in every area is not required—we are willing to train the right person who is mechanically inclined, hardworking, dependable, and eager to learn. Depending on experience, there may also be opportunities to help train and develop other technicians.

Relevant experience may include:

Lift and leveling kits Suspension systems and alignments Wheels and tires Tire mounting and balancing Toppers and tonneau covers 12-volt wiring and accessories Hitches, bumpers, steps, nerf bars, and fender flares General aftermarket accessory installation More than anything, we are looking for someone who: Is mechanically inclined Takes pride in producing quality work Works hard and efficiently Is dependable and willing to learn Works well as part of a team Demonstrates Autoplex's core values Wants to build a long-term career in the automotive aftermarket industry Compensation and Bonus Our technicians are highly compensated through a flag-rate structure similar to automotive mechanic book time. The more skilled and efficient you become, the more you can earn. Our compensation is among the most competitive in the aftermarket industry. Qualified candidates may also be eligible for a $10,000 first-year employment bonus , paid in installments throughout the successful completion of the first year of employment: $2,500 after the first 30 days Remaining $7,500 paid in installments through the first anniversary Full eligibility requirements and payment terms will be provided with the employment offer.
