Duties Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting new clients through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach campaigns. Engage with potential customers in person, over the phone, and via digital channels to present tailored auto service solutions that meet their needs. Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing high-ticket deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Provide detailed product and service information, emphasizing the value of premium automotive repairs and maintenance packages. Cultivate strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service, understanding their automotive needs, and offering personalized solutions. Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure availability of high-end parts and services for client appointments. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, update CRM systems regularly, and track progress toward sales targets. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or dealership environments within the automotive industry. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and follow-up activities efficiently. Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette, to effectively convey product benefits and negotiate deals. Knowledge of automotive repair processes, inventory control, and dealership operations enhances credibility with clients. Experience in high-end or luxury sales environments is preferred for engaging premium clientele. Ability to work independently in outbound sales efforts while collaborating with team members on strategic initiatives. Familiarity with retail math principles for pricing strategies and profit optimization.
