In this energetic role, you will be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance, oil changes, fluid replacements, and minor mechanical repairs to ensure our fleet vehicles operate safely and efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity for those passionate about learning new things and growing within a growing company. On-Demand Concrete utilizes volumetric concrete trucks to deliver various mixes and quantities to customers with our batch plant on wheels all across the mountain region including Colorado and Utah. You can see our trucks up close at our website below https://on-demandconcrete.com/ Duties Perform oil changes, fluid replacements, tire services, and basic vehicle inspections with precision and efficiency Conduct minor mechanical repair Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to identify issues and execute repairs effectively Support the team in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized shop environment by adhering to safety protocols and proper tool storage Assist with vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to support more complex repair work when needed Ability to learn heavy equipment operations including front end loaders and skid steers Requirements Automotive service experience is highly preferred; mechanic experience is a strong plus Knowledge of standard vehicle/equipment operation, automotive diagnostics, and mechanical repair techniques Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment Experience with automotive fluid replacement, oil changes, tire service, alignment, and minor mechanical repairs Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent attention to detail Customer service skills with a positive attitude toward assisting clients Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; familiarity with vehicle maintenance standards is desirable Schedule Required M-F 7am-5pm or 8am-6pm depending on need Saturday or evening availability is desired.
