Job Description
Automotive Flat Rate Technician Pueblo Toyota is looking for an experienced and motivated flat rate technician to join our team. We are looking for a technician who takes pride in their work, values, efficiency and quality in a busy service department. Whether you already have Toyota experience or have bult your skills with another manufacture or independent repair facility, we are interested in technicians who can accurately diagnose, repair, and maintain today's vehicles. What You'll do: Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs efficiently and accurately Complete work according to manufacturer and dealership standards Diagnose customer concerns and identify needed repairs Perform inspections and clearly document findings Utilize scan tools, service information, and diagnostic equipment Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding repair recommendations and additional findings Complete repair orders and documentation accurately Maintain an organized, professional, and safe work area Perform quality work with an emphasis on fixing vehicles right the first time Participate in Toyota and dealership training to continue developing your skills. ASE Certifications are a plus Toyota or dealership experience is a plus Will need to provide own tools
