Chrysler Service Technician III (Level 3) AutoStar CDJR of Silverthorne | Join the AutoStar Family AutoStar CDJR of Silverthorne is seeking an experienced Level III Service Technician to join our growing service team. Position Overview As a Level III Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles with minimal supervision. This position requires advanced diagnostic abilities, strong mechanical knowledge, and a commitment to delivering high-quality repairs the first time. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, drivability, and performance concerns. Perform advanced repairs on engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, braking, HVAC, and electrical systems. Utilize OEM diagnostic equipment and service information to accurately identify vehicle concerns. Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs according to manufacturer standards. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and identify additional maintenance needs. Maintain accurate repair documentation and technician notes. Assist with mentoring and supporting less experienced technicians. Stay current on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram service procedures and technical bulletins. Maintain productivity, efficiency, and quality standards. Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies. Required Qualifications Level 3 automotive technician experience required. Previous Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership experience preferred. Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities. Ability to independently complete major repairs and diagnostics. Experience using OEM scan tools and diagnostic equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment.
