Greet every customer that enters our facility with enthusiasm and the highest level of respect.

IMMEDIATE RESPONSE WITHIN 3 SECONDS OF CUSTOMER ENTERING OUR STORE

(even if it is to say, I'll be right with you) Ensure all customers hear the "smile" in every staff member's voice during each customer contact. Ensure all customer concerns are accurately documented and the appropriate service solution is recommended, completed and finalized in a manner the customer fully understands what they are paying for and why. Maintain a clean and inviting work environment. a) Front office will be kept clean at all times b) Shop staff are to maintain a clean and safe work environment. c) Store front and side external areas are to be kept clean and presentable at all times.
