Columbia Ford Kia is growing! We are expanding our organization with a brand-new, state-of-the-art Kia building. About Us We are seeking a driven, ambitious Service Advisor to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our service customers, guiding them through their vehicle maintenance and repair process. What We Are Looking For Customer satisfaction is our absolute number one priority. You must be passionate about delivering a 5-star experience. We want someone motivated to grow their career, meet goals, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to explain technical repairs to customers clearly and transparently. A positive attitude that fits into our family-first workplace culture. Previous automotive service advisor experience is preferred, but we will train the right motivated individual.
