We are hiring both Flat rate and Hourly Automotive Technicians at Gengras Motor Cars with hours

GUARANTEED.

Pay Range:

$25 - $50 per hour. Duties Automotive technicians/mechanics perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency, and in accordance with dealership and factory standards We run a busy, clean, productive shop with a team environment and factory training Automotive technicians diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc., to specification Automotive technicians provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs Automotive technicians explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay up-to-date with rapidly changing technology Skills Must be willing to invest and grow in your chosen profession Continue to engage in mandatory paid training Possess a valid driver's license of 3+ years
