Job description At Ray Seraphin Ford, we are seeking an experienced and energetic Service Advisor to join our service team. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring seamless vehicle repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch customer service and support Schedule service appointments and receive vehicle information Explain repair orders and estimates to customers Estimate repair costs and times Handle customer concerns and maintain high satisfaction levels
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a dealership Service Advisor role General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license 2+ years of customer service skills
