• Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs Explain repair procedures, estimates, and recommended services clearly and transparently Write detailed service orders, accurately documenting customer requests and technician instructions Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of services Upsell additional maintenance or repair services that benefit the customer's vehicle health while maintaining integrity Manage auto estimating processes using dealership software to generate accurate quotes Handle cash transactions, process payments efficiently, and maintain accurate financial records Stay informed about automotive repair techniques including oil changes, tire service, alignments, shocks & struts, air brake systems, and auto body repairs Maintain excellent customer service by providing updates during service visits and following up post-service Qualifications

• Proven dealership experience or background in auto service management is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on mechanic experience or service technician background Familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and techniques across various systems such as transmissions, suspensions, brakes, and diesel engines Experience in auto estimating software and service writing processes is advantageous Excellent communication skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service Ability to upsell services ethically while maintaining trust with clients Knowledge of automotive repair procedures including oil changes, tire services, alignments, shocks & struts replacements, brake repairs, air brake systems, and auto body work is desirable Cash handling experience along with sales skills related to automobile sales is a plus Join our team where your automotive expertise fuels exceptional customer experiences!
