We're a Nissan GTR performance and restoration shop where everything matters down to the smallest details. We're searching for hard working, dedicated, and detail oriented self starters to help expand our team and better manage the large workload. If you're looking to work in an exploding niche in the automotive performance industry with serious growth potential where you can actually take pride in your work and be rewarded and supported for it, we're the right shop for you. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics to identify issues across various vehicle systems, including electrical, powertrain, suspension, transmission, etc. Detailed and organized removal, disassembly, repair, and installation of performance based products such as turbo kits, fuel systems, plumbing systems, etc. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including your own personal tools and equipment as well as shop equipment. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform repairs efficiently while maintaining safety protocols. Use of light fabrication skills to fit aftermarket components properly. Most components we utilize are custom made or do not involve instructions or guides. Skills Proven transferrable experience in the automotive performance industry. Dealership experience is helpful for concept understanding, however not considered experience in what we do. Strong communication and teamwork based skills. Ability to maintain focus and utilize good time management skills to manage your own workload. Mechanical knowledge of powertrain components, vehicle transmission systems, and suspension systems. Familiarity with automotive electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and tuning is not necessary but is preferred. Strong customer service skills and an overall positive attitude. Desire to grow, expand your skillset, and perfect your craft.
