What You'll Excel At Mechanical Repairs:
Handling suspension, steering, braking, tires, cooling, and drivability-related repairs accurately and independently.A/C Service & Performance:
Performing proper recovery, evacuation, recharge, pressure testing, and performance diagnostics — not guesswork.Underhood Repairs:
Water pumps, timing belt packages, belts, hoses, fuel system components, and related supporting repairs.Electrical Fundamentals:
Power and ground testing, fuse and relay checks, basic pinpoint testing, and verifying concerns before parts replacement. Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs): Completing thorough inspections with clear photos, notes, and measurements that help clients make informed decisions.Workflow Ownership:
Staging parts, following repair information, managing your bay, and meeting productivity expectations without sacrificing quality. European Vehicle Support (Limited Scope): Comfortably supporting brakes, suspension, cooling, A/C, and electrical basics on common BMW, Mercedes, Audi, and VW models — while escalating advanced diagnostics per shop standard operating procedures.Team Collaboration:
Working closely with Client Advocates and the shop foreman to communicate findings clearly and keep surprises to a minimum.Mentorship:
Supporting MS3s and apprentices by modeling proper workflow, inspection quality, and professional standards. You complete DVIs consistently, telling the vehicle's story clearly with photos and notes. You follow Standard Operating Procedures without shortcuts — check-in, DVI, QC, parts flow, and documentation are second nature. Your productivity is steady and reliable, with quality and safety never compromised. You prevent comebacks through proper diagnosis, torque procedures, and quality control road tests. You communicate early and clearly when a job needs escalation or additional direction. You help keep the shop calm, organized, and moving forward. This is where you shine when you bring your best. What Makes You aGreat Fit Experience:
3-5 years in a professional repair shop with confidence in suspension, steering, brakes, tires, A/C, and mechanical diagnostics.Certifications:
ASE certifications completed or actively in progress a plus (A-level ASE certs preferred). We support continued education.Tools:

Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM-4:00 PM (occasional adjustments during busy weeks)Air-Conditioned Bays:
