What You'll Do Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly experience Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle needs Communicate repair recommendations clearly and confidently Prepare estimates and explain services, repairs, and maintenance Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently Keep customers updated throughout the repair process Follow up with customers regarding recommended services Build long-term relationships with customers Help maximize shop efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sales What We're Looking For Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is strongly preferred Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance European vehicle experience is a major plus Excellent communication and customer-service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to stay organized and manage multiple customers and repair orders Strong sales and relationship-building skills Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a successful business Why Join Us?
