• Full-time Ron's Auto Service is a busy, well-established independent repair shop specializing in Honda/Acura, Toyota/Lexus, and Hyundai/Kia vehicles.

We run a clean, air-conditioned shop with a Monday-Friday schedule and a team that takes pride in doing things the right way. We are looking for a reliable, motivated C-Level technician ready to grow in a flat rate environment with a guaranteed hourly floor.

What we offer:

Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM — no weekends 40-hour weekly pay guarantee plus flat rate commission upside Air conditioned shop Paid holidays and paid vacation ASE certification reimbursement upon passing Employee discounts Positive, team-centered work environment What we're looking for: Minimum 1 year of automotive service experience ASE certification preferred — willingness to test required Experience with Toyota, Honda, or other Asian imports preferred Must be authorized to work in the US Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check Pay is competitive and based on experience, training, and certifications.
