Full Job Description Overview:

55.00$ per flat rate hour. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive service. This role requires a commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring the highest standards of vehicle maintenance and repair. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that vehicles are safe and reliable for our customers. We are offer a twenty hour gaurantee per week.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems. Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and alignments. Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues accurately. Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle problems and necessary repairs. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the service department. Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally. Skills:

Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic, preferably in a Independent setting. Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge of automotive systems and components. Familiarity with automotive electrical systems and knowledge of diagrams/service bulletin is required. Ability to perform vehicle maintenance tasks efficiently and accurately. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with clients. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting purposes. A valid driver's license is necessary; ASE certification is preferred but not mandatory.
