Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival at the service department Assist with the movement of vehicles within the dealership, including parking, staging, and retrieving vehicles for service or delivery Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive and customer areas Support service technicians and advisors by delivering parts, tools, and documents as needed Ensure vehicles are properly inspected and prepared for service appointments Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle status and service updates Follow dealership safety and operational procedures at all times

Skills and Qualifications:
