Part-Time / Temporary Assignment with Guaranteed Hours About the Position Redd Alert Protective Services LLC is currently seeking a professional and dependable Unarmed Security Officer to provide floater coverage at Florida Camp Inn in Davenport, Florida. This assignment offers guaranteed work for the next four (4) consecutive weekends , making it an excellent opportunity for officers seeking immediate and consistent hours. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining a visible security presence, conducting patrols, monitoring property activity, documenting incidents, and assisting management with maintaining a safe environment for residents and guests. Duties and Responsibilities Conduct foot and vehicle patrols throughout the property Monitor common areas and amenities Observe and report suspicious activity Complete Daily Activity Reports (DARs) Document incidents and disturbances accurately Provide professional customer service to residents and guests Enforce property rules and regulations as directed by management Communicate effectively with supervisors and site management Requirements Valid Florida Class D Security License (Required) Reliable transportation Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently Strong written and verbal communication skills Smart phone capable of using reporting applications Must be punctual and dependable Preferred Qualifications Previous residential community, campground, resort, or HOA security experience Experience completing electronic reports and incident documentation Customer service experience What We Offer Guaranteed weekend hours for the next four weekends Weekly pay Professional and supportive management team Opportunity for additional assignments and future placements Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding security company
