We specialize in lawn mowers, zero-turn mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, and other small engine equipment. We take pride in quality service, knowledgeable staff, and supporting our local community. Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and experienced Small Engine / Equipment Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of outdoor power equipment. This position requires strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair small engines (2-cycle and 4-cycle) Service lawn mowers, zero-turn mowers, chainsaws, trimmers, and other power equipment Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, blade sharpening, tune-ups, belt replacement, etc.) Troubleshoot electrical and fuel system issues Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers regarding repairs Qualifications Previous experience as a small engine mechanic or similar role preferred Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills Experience with outdoor power equipment brands (e.g., Exmark/Toro, Stihl, Echo, etc.) a plus Ability to lift 50+ lbs Valid driver's license preferred Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Steady, year-round work Employee discounts Supportive team environment Opportunities for training and advancement
