Position Overview:

As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a well-functioning Service Center and leading a team of 18-22 employees in the service & parts department.

Drive profitability through increased sales, gross profit, P&L management, and labor cost control Build and maintain a high performing team of Technicians, Service Advisors, Internal Service Advisors and parts department employees. Foster a culture that promotes employee development, retention, and customer satisfaction. Create and maintain strong working relationships with external vendors Meet or exceed monthly budget projections Maintain a safe and functional working environment Demonstrate behaviours consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission, and Value in all interactions with customers and co-workers
