TOTAL CAR CARE

is looking for a skilled Diagnostic Technician who is energetic, upbeat, and has a positive attitude to join our highly successful team. The technician we are seeking must be able to seek out solutions to challenges with a strong passion for doing what's right for our customers. We are increasing staff and have a position available for an A tech . 5-day work week. No evenings or Sundays. Thank you Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and repair vehicles for our customers Continuously build experience as an automotive technician servicing a wide variety of domestic and foreign vehicles Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, Integrity and organization Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate customer concerns Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver quality results

Qualifications:

Positive attitude and a desire to serve customers 3+ years of experience as a Diagnostic Technician ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles Meet or exceed hourly goals Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes Professional appearance and strong communication A desire for long-term career development

Physical Requirements:

Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools Walk/stand for the majority of their workday Drive manual transmissions vehicles Efficiently navigate a computer
