Paid training is provided to help you succeed from day one! Duties Prepare food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and food safety. Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash or card transactions with precision. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and upselling popular choices to enhance sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food truck workspace, including proper food handling, bussing tables, and cleaning equipment regularly. Manage time effectively during busy service periods to ensure quick turnaround times and satisfied customers. Restock supplies as needed, monitor inventory levels, and assist in food preparation tasks to keep the operation running seamlessly. Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe dining environment for customers and staff alike. Experience Previous experience in food preparation, fast food or quick service restaurant environments preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, making change, and managing sales accurately. Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry. Experience working in a retail or grocery store setting involving cashiering or serving is beneficial. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
