Experienced Automotive Window Tint Installer / Lead Technician Fort Pierce, Fl $25-$32/hour + Production Bonuses | Full-Time | Established Dealership Accounts An established automotive reconditioning vendor serving major franchise dealerships throughout the Treasure Coast is expanding into automotive window tinting. The business is already there. We need the right installer. We have established dealership relationships and immediate opportunities for consistent wholesale tint volume. We're looking for an experienced automotive window tint installer who takes pride in clean, professional work and is interested in becoming a key part of a growing division. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced installer who wants steady dealership volume without having to generate customers or sell retail jobs. What we're looking for Professional automotive window tint installation experience Ability to produce clean, consistent, high-quality installations Experience working on new and late-model vehicles Comfortable with computer-cut/plotter systems Ability to hand cut when necessary Excellent attention to detail Reliable, professional and self-motivated Able to work efficiently in a high-volume dealership environment Valid driver's license PPF experience is a plus, but not required What we offer $25-$32/hour depending on experience Production/performance bonus opportunities Consistent established dealership volume Full-time opportunity Primarily weekday automotive dealership work No retail sales or customer prospecting Established automotive company with long-standing dealership relationships Potential for significant income growth as volume increases We're not looking for someone who needs to learn the trade from scratch. We're looking for an experienced installer who can step in, produce excellent work and help us build a first-class tint operation.
