Key Responsibilities:
  • Source parts efficiently using cloud-based estimating software and integrated parts catalogs, especially for classic cars..
  • Review labor times and procedures to ensure accuracy with the actual work.
  • Utilize computerized automotive estimating software.
  • Communicate with customers in clear, layman's terms by reviewing and annotating technician inspections.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical understanding of all major automotive systems.
  • Proficiency in automotive estimating software.
  • Excellent people and sales skills.
  • ASE certifications or a willingness to achieve them are a plus.
The applicant must have a deep technical knowledge of all major automotive systems to accurately review technician inspections. They will be responsible for adding clear and concise annotations to explain vehicle issues in simple terms to customers. Additionally, the applicant will source parts electronically through integrated catalogs and by phone when necessary.
Work Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm EST. Saturdays as needed.
  • On-site training.
