If you're the person everyone calls when something breaks If you like figuring things out and fixing them right If you take pride in your work, we want to talk to you What You'll Do Diagnose and repair pool & spa equipment (pumps, heaters, automation, etc.) Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues Communicate clearly with customers and team Deliver clean, professional service work What We're Looking For Experience in mechanical repair (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool, RV, etc.) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Good communication skills (you'll interact with customers daily) Basic hand tools (we will provide specialty tools) Requirements Valid Florida driver's license Clean driving record, no DUIs, suspension, or careless driving tickets Clean background, and able to pass drug screening Reliable transportation Pay & Schedule Starts at $20/hour + performance-based commission Top techs can earn more Full-time, year-round, part-time available Monday to Friday, 7:00 am start Why Join Us?
