Overview Join our dynamic automotive team as a Tire Technician and become a vital part of delivering exceptional vehicle care and customer satisfaction. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for providing expert tire services, performing routine maintenance, and supporting overall vehicle health. Your mechanical skills and passion for automotive repair will help ensure our customers' vehicles are safe, reliable, and ready to hit the road. Duties Install, repair, and replace tires on a variety of vehicles with precision and efficiency Perform tire balancing, rotation, and alignment services to optimize vehicle performance Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes and inspections to identify potential issues early Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to complete repairs and maintenance tasks Diagnose automotive problems using automotive diagnostics equipment and mechanical knowledge Assist customers with tire selection, sales, and service recommendations to enhance their experience Lift heavy tires and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols during all tasks Skills Dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred for a strong foundation in vehicle service Proven mechanic experience with a solid understanding of automotive diagnostics and mechanical systems Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures including oil changes, alignments, and tire services Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment is essential Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to safety standards Strong mechanical knowledge combined with the ability to troubleshoot automotive issues efficiently Experience with sales or upselling additional services is a plus for supporting business growth Join us in delivering top-tier automotive care by combining your technical expertise with your passion for helping customers stay safe on the road.
