This role offers the opportunity to provide on-site vehicle maintenance and repair services, delivering convenience and exceptional customer service directly at our clients' locations. Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid top-offs at customer locations. Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and technical expertise. Conduct repairs and replacements of vehicle parts including brakes, batteries, belts, and other components. Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs needed and provide estimates. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Manage your schedule efficiently to maximize service appointments and customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as an automotive technician, preferably with mobile service experience. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good communication skills and customer service orientation. ASE certification or equivalent is preferred. Ability to lift heavy parts and work in various outdoor conditions.
