Job Overview Join our dynamic automotive service team as an Automotive Alignment Technician! Responsibilities Perform wheel alignments on a wide range of vehicles, including those with advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) Diagnose and repair suspension components, shocks & struts, and steering systems to optimize vehicle handling Conduct tire service, including rotation, balancing, and replacement to ensure safety and longevity Utilize automotive schematics and electrical system diagrams to troubleshoot complex issues effectively Repair brake systems and perform brake pad replacements to maintain optimal stopping power Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to carry out repairs with precision and efficiency Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, transmission checks, and powertrain inspections Read and interpret automotive schematics to diagnose electrical or mechanical faults accurately Assist with auto body repairs and welding when necessary to support comprehensive vehicle service Ensure all work complies with manufacturer specifications, safety standards, and quality control procedures Experience Proven dealership experience or automotive repair background with a focus on alignment services Strong mechanical knowledge across various vehicle systems including diesel engines, transmissions, and automotive electrical systems Familiarity with ADAS technology and the calibration procedures associated with modern driver-assistance features Experience working with GM vehicles or similar brands is a plus but not required Skilled in using diagnostic tools for automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting complex issues Knowledge of automotive schematics, wiring diagrams, and electrical systems for accurate repairs Hands-on experience with auto estimating software is advantageous but not essential Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about repairs and maintenance needs Join us in delivering top-tier automotive care!
