Auto Care Genius Sales & Service Representative / Delivery Driver Hourly Pay + Monthly Bonuses | Build Relationships | Deliver Products | Grow Your Career Do you enjoy helping people, staying active, meeting new customers, and taking on new challenges? Are you someone who likes being on the road, talking with people, and making a positive impact every day? We're looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our team as an Auto Care Genius Sales & Service Representative / Delivery Driver . This is more than just a delivery job. You'll be responsible for delivering products, building customer relationships, growing a sales route, supporting customers in our retail store, and assisting with warehouse operations. If you're outgoing, enjoy meeting new people, and are interested in sales, we'll provide the training you need— sales experience is a plus but not required. What You'll Do Delivery Driver Safely drive a company vehicle to deliver products to dealerships, body shops, auctions, rental car companies, detail shops, and other commercial customers. Ensure deliveries are accurate, timely, and professional. Load and unload products safely. (Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.) Represent Auto Care Genius with outstanding customer service at every stop. Build & Grow a Sales Route Develop relationships with dealerships, body shops, auctions, rental car accounts, and detail supply stores. Introduce customers to products that help their business succeed. Identify new sales opportunities while making deliveries. Manage truck inventory and maintain an organized route. Grow repeat business through excellent customer service and follow-up. Support in the Store Assist walk-in customers with product recommendations. Operate the register and process customer purchases. Restock shelves and keep the showroom clean and organized. Shipping & Warehouse Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately. Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization. Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. (CDL is a plus but not required.) Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. Someone who enjoys talking with people and building lasting relationships. Self-motivated, dependable, and organized. Comfortable working independently and taking on new challenges. Interest in sales and customer service. Previous sales experience is not required—we're happy to train the right person.
